It has long been thought that fat people are more prone to heart disease and heart attacks, but doctors now say it is not so simple as that.
Skinny people with a beer belly may pose a greater problem and higher risk than does a fat person. What is needed is to check the calculation between the waist and hip size.
So reduce the fat on the stomach, enjoy exercising and stay in shape.
