Relationships

If you want to have good realtionship , you need to invest time in the relationship. If there are two people in the reltionship, both persons should contribute to each other to make it a win-win relationship.

Relationships are important in personal life as well as in all other vocations. If the relationships are not based on a firm foundation of common values and trust, they lead to conflict and unproductive consequences.

In the corporate world relationships evolve around the core operating values of a company that help to determine the tasks, responsibilities and the reporting system required to accomplish the results. Similarly in personal lives, peolple will have to decide their priorities in life, how they will commit and share time and contribute to each other.

For relationships to be sustained, learn from experience and provide the happy balance between your work and personal life. It is a pity to see some people who are super successes at work unable to build any meaningful personal relationships because they refuse to provide the energy, trust and time to do so.
